Walter Sisulu University (WSU) is a public university located in the Eastern Cape and was established in 2005 through the merger of Border Technikon, Eastern Cape Technikon, and the University of Transkei. With a mission to serve rural and historically disadvantaged communities, WSU has become a leader in applied and career-oriented education.
